After experiencing a traumatic life event, Ian's path led to yoga and its benefits.
Ian continues to have a daily practice of meditation and ashtanga yoga. He also enjoys other practices like yin and restorative.
He sees all students as individuals with their own unique experiences.
Ian completed 200 hour Ashtanga Teacher Training in 2014. The very next day he began sharing knowledge and passion with yoga students.
