Deepen your practice and find community as you embark on an embodied journey towards wellness and empowerment. We are proud to offer a variety of classes for all skill levels, as well as workshops, exclusive events, and a broad array of holistic wellness services designed to nourish your mind, body, and spirit.

EVERYONE is welcome at Open Concept Yoga + Wellness and we are are accessible to all fitness levels. Our classes offer modifications and variations so that you can adjust and grow in your practice.

And as with any fitness or movement practice, consult your doctor before attending if you have any health risks or concerns associated with physical activity — please let your teacher know upon arrival for class of anything we need to know.

Classes and teachers’ schedules are subject to change without notice. If you’re curious, feel free to visit the Open Concept Yoga + Wellness class schedule for updates before signing up/attending class.

All of our props and yoga mats are complimentary and free for you to use as you need for your practice. We do however kindly ask that you wipe down your mat after use with the provided spray/cloth and put your props back neatly as you found them — thank you!

We kindly ask that you make use of our changerooms and/or lockers to keep your things during practice as to make space for more mats and a clear and open environment for practice!

For safety and convenience we are cash free. Please either make your purchases online or debit/credit in studio — thank you!

We strive to create an environment that is safe for all to attend, and included in that is striving to maintain a scent free space. So if you’re sensitive to scent, please know this is a safe space for you! And, just a reminder to everyone to help us in avoiding wearing heavy scents or spraying/using scented products while in studio — thank you!

We have FREE parking in the lot surrounding the studio. Feel free to park anywhere within the sprawling parking lot (unless designated signs for other businesses/restrictions are noted).

While we are not responsible for any lost or stolen property, we do have a lost and found; so if you left something behind — reach out. We will hold items for one month, after this point they will be donated. We suggest you to leave valuables either at home and/or use the lockers in studio.
First Time

All clients must create an account in order to purchase memberships and class passes and register for class. To create an account, visit us online or download the MBO app or our branded OC app.

Wear comfortable clothes you can easily move in and bring a layer for a cozy savasana!
All classes are held at regular room temperature, but we will build heat as we move. Be sure to bring your water bottle as we have a water station you can use to refill your bottles.

We recommend arriving and checking in at least 10-15 minutes prior to the start of your class. For safety reasons and to prevent the disruption of others, we do not allow for late entry.

YES!! You are more than welcome to purchase your Unlimited Intro Pass even if you have already used a drop in class.
Memberships

YES! We offer an Unlimited Monthly Membership in a 1 month, 6 month or 12 month duration.
You can purchase a membership online or we can assist you in studio.

Memberships can be cancelled by giving 30 days notice in writing by email to hello@openconceptyoga.com before the next billing cycle.

Memberships can be paused for a fee of $50.
Only our Open Pass members have the ability to pause their memberships free of charge.
Cancellations + Late Arrivals

To prevent disruption to the class, we have a no-late-entry policy. We often lock the studio doors during classes for everyone’s safety, so if you are not present in the studio at the start of the scheduled class, you will be unable to attend.
If you are signed up for a class and cancel within 3 hours of class/or do not attend class, there will be a charge of $10 for late cancellation/no-show.

Policies

Please arrive a minimum of 10-15 minutes before class.
Check in at front desk upon arrival and if need be, let your instructor know of anything they need to know (injuries, etc)
Please place your devices on do-no-disturb/silent or leave your in your locker/changeroom.
We kindly ask that you save conversations pre + post-class for our lounge space and keep the studio space for quiet.
To get the full experience of the practice and not disrupt the class, we ask that you stay on your mat for the duration of class, including our Savassana.

Yoga Classes + Merchandise
All sales for yoga class passes and memberships are final. We do not offer refunds.
5, 10 and 20 class passes expire one year from date of purchase.
Introductory passes, class passes, monthly memberships are not transferable and may be put on hold for 1 month or for medical reasons.
Unused product purchases may be returned with the original receipt in original packaging within 14 days for exchange or credit only – no refunds.
Returns are accepted only on products that have not been opened, used or damaged.
Merchandise purchased on sale is final sale – no returns.
Payment for Products & Services by credit card will be processed in Canadian Dollars at the time of payment. Open Concept Yoga + Wellness is not responsible for any fees, charges, exchange rates of additional charges levied by individual financial institutions or Credit Card companies.

All clients must be at least 16 years old to attend class.
For liability reasons and to respect everyone’s experience at the studio, we don’t allow children at Open Concept.
If you show up to class with
anyone under the age of 16, we will re-credit your class and kindly ask you to return another time. -
While we’re big fans of our furry friends, due to safety considerations, allergies, and respect for everyone’s experience at the studio, we cannot allow pets at Open Concept.If you have a service dog — please email us at hello@openconceptyoga.com to discuss accommodations.
Medical Inquiries

If you currently are recovering from an injury/have a long standing injury/illness, we kindly ask that you discuss with your doctor whether yoga is appropriate for your recovery.
Please always let your instructor know prior to class of any current injuries or other information they may need to know in order to help guide you safely through the practice.
