Amanda has been teaching yoga for over 20 years.
What a lucky break.
After having her life and light saved by stumbling into the practice of yoga, she has done trainings in ashtanga, vinyasa, and restorative yoga.
She has received perfectly-timed guidance from a million people along the way, including generous teachers, wondrous people who come to classes, and perfect strangers. Thank you, these people.
Through training, practice, and teaching, she learns to observe, be curious, create tension, let go, tap into intuition, allow, be in awe, cry her heart out, play, fall, recenter and be a very occasionally graceful, but usually clumsy, really-living human soul.
Amanda's intention in teaching is to hold a space that is safe for students to access their own brilliance and intuition.
