Taylor’s love for yoga began about 10 years ago as a way to connect more deeply with herself and the world around her. Since then, yoga has become an essential part of her wellness routine. In 2021, Taylor completed her first 200-hour training locally with Liane Cherrett and Rebecca Watson in the ‘Empowerment Project’ Vinyasa Flow to deepen her own practice. She soon realized she wanted to share her love for yoga and the healing it brings with others.

Taylor’s approach to teaching is all about creating a space where everyone feels comfortable, whether you’re just starting out or have been practicing for years. She loves incorporating curated playlists and props into her classes to make them more enjoyable and accessible. When she’s not teaching, you’ll likely find Taylor adventuring outside with her partner and their German Shepherd, Remi.
